The Moray Liberal Democrat Local Party are grateful to their Member Peter Horton who contested the Elgin by-election under the Scottish Liberal Democrat banner in the difficult circumstances of a 10 Candidate field.
Peter is experienced in Local Goverment and believes in Liberal Democrat Policies. The Local Party supported him in giving this opportunity for the Scottish Liberal Democrat voters in Elgin to cast their vote for the Party of their choice.
